| Orders are processed for fulfillment within 24 hours of receipt. Most items are in stock and ship same day if ordered before 4:00pm EST. However, due to high volume sales, we cannot guarantee an item to be in stock, regardless of the item's reflected inventory availability on the web site. | To cancel an order, please contact us right away. Due to our rapid order fulfillment, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order. Once your order is packaged for shipment, it can no longer be modified or cancelled. If you request cancellation of an order after the order has been packed and/or shipped, you will be responsible for all shipping charges even if you refuse the package and do not sign for the delivery. |
| DSMiller.com does not ship orders on weekends or holidays. Orders may be delayed due to increased holiday business, out-of-stock items, or other unforeseen difficulties. |
| We cannot ship Internationally at this time. We recommend the use use of a third-party International shipping service for shipments overseas. Please contact us via telephone if you need to place an order for shipment to a military APO/FPO address. |

If you are shipping your order to an address other than your billing address, you may be required to provide further verification prior to shipment. | Choosing an expedited shipping method, such as UPS Next Day Air® and UPS Second Day Air®, does not absolutely guarantee that your order will be delivered in one or two days from the day you place your order online if the item is backordered or not in stock. You will receive your order one to two days after we have acquired the item(s) in our warehouse. In the event of a backorder, you will be notified via email. | All warranty replacements for original customers are provided by DSMiller.com. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges to the warranty location. This warranty does not cover any loss of business, profits, or other consequential damage, either real or perceived, that may have resulted from any malfunction of the product. Damages caused by floods, lightning strikes, earthquakes, any other acts of God, mishandling, dropping, or infestation are not covered by this warranty. This warranty is void if dsmiller.com determines that the product has been damaged due to insufficient packaging during any return shipment. DSMiller.com reserves the right to determine whether alterations have been made, or damages caused, by such facts that would serve to void the terms of this warranty. |
| In the event a product is listed incorrectly due to typographical errors, manufacturer data errors, description and/or pricing errors, DSMiller.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders regardless of the order being confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, DSMiller.com shall immediately issue a full credit to your credit card account. |
