- UPS 3 Day Select® Delivery
Continental United States only. Shipments are delivered on the third business* day from the date of shipment.
- UPS Second Day Air® Delivery
Continental United States and Alaska and Hawaii only. Shipments are delivered on the second business* day from the date of shipment.
- UPS Next Day Air® Delivery
Continental United States only. Shipments are delivered on the first business* day from the date of shipment.

Product Return Guidelines |
 Request Your RMA |
| All returns must be pre-approved by requesting an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). To request your RMA, please complete the RMA Request Form. Please be sure to include a detailed description for the reason for the return to expedite the returns process. |
| Once your RMA request has been submitted, you will receive an email within 24-48 business hours with your RMA number and instructions for returning the item(s) to us. The RMA number is valid for 30 days, so please be sure to return the item(s) within that timeframe. Repackage the item(s) being returned as it was delivered to you, remembering to include all materials and documentation. |

Manufacturer's Warranty Information |
| DSMiller.com provides a 12-month limited warranty on most of our products against defects in materials and workmanship. |
| In the event that your product malfunctions within the first year of ownership, DSMiller.com will replace the product. A warranty replacement can be requested by completing the RMA Request Form. |
| The warranty does not cover loss of business, profits, or other consequential damage, either real or perceived that may have resulted from any malfunction of the product. Damages to the product caused by acts of God, mishandling, or dropping are not covered by this warranty. We reserve the right to determine whether alterations have been made that could potentially void the warranty terms. |
